Pursuant to Section 4.16 of Procedural By-law 2013-072 as amended, City Council considered a request by Ms. Mary Lou Staples to provide an emergency deputation in opposition to motion 17-G-141, Applications for an Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments and Draft Plan of Subdivision to permit a residential and mixed use development at 759 Yonge Street - Barrie Heritage (Phase IV). Upon a vote of City Council being taken, Ms. Staples was permitted to address City Council. Ms. Mary Lou Staples provided a deputation in opposition to motion 17-G-141 concerning Applications for an Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments and Draft Plan of Subdivision to permit a residential and mixed use development at 759 Yonge Street - Barrie Heritage (Phase IV).
