Mr. Walters discussed slides concerning the following topics: · An overview on the LSRCA 2020 Budget Companion that includes: o An outlines all services and programs; o A budget summary of the seven services areas; o The service areas discussed in detail; and o A review of specific programs and highlights on past achievements. · The LSRCA Annual Operating Priorities (AOP); · LSRCA’s 2020 activities; · The proposed AOP activities for 2020; and · The goals and priorities for the LSRCA moving forward.
