The Committee discussed the 2017 Communities in Bloom Program and M. Boyd, Parks Horticulture Foreperson noted that the registration for the program has been submitted.  They also discussed the Kick-off, and Flag Rising events for the 2017 Communities in Bloom Program. Ms. Boyd advised that this year’s event will be held concurrently with the Canada’s 150th celebrations Labour Day Weekend.
