Mr. Keast thanked the members of Council and staff for their time to meet with the Osmington representative and for requesting the staff memorandum prior to the Council meeting to provide more information on the matter. Mr. Keast described the current status of the site development using the analogy of a family and explained how the proposed road-widening would allow for Osmington’s development to proceed as well as the potential benefits resulting from the development to the City.
