Title: Wes Prosser, Chairman of the Workshop Advisory Committee associated with Vitoria Village addressed City Council regarding motion 12-G-010 concerning the 2012 Business Plan. He stated that he realized that City Council is faced with important decisions and wanted to provide City Council with information concerning the woodworking program that takes place at Victoria Village. He explained that the club has been in existence for eight years and has approximately 55 members. He commented that memberships are $50.00 annually and membership is open to anyone 19 and older with a rudimentary knowledge of woodworking. Mr. Prosser described the operation and various activities that take place in the woodworking shop. He noted that a group of volunteers monitor the shop and provide assistance to those using the facility.
