Title: OPEN DELEGATION BY ANDR? CHAMPOUX REGARDING SNOW REMOVAL ON THE SIDEWALK Mr. Andr? Champoux provided an Open Delegation regarding snow removal on the sidewalk in front of his property. Mr. Champoux explained that for the past three years he feels there have been snow clearing issues associated with the sidewalk in front of his house. He noted that the last 40 feet of the sidewalk is quite often not plowed to his satisfaction. Mr. Champoux indicated that the sidewalk snow plow has damaged the grass abutting the sidewalk and a piece of the concrete is missing. He explained that he has contacted his Ward Councillor on several occasions regarding his concerns. Mr. Champoux advised that he had e-mailed pictures of the damage to City staff and the sod has not been repaired. Mr. Champoux requested that he be reimbursed through a refund on his taxes and asked that the portion of the sidewalk and sod that is damaged be repaired.
