Title: THE BOROUGH OF HARROGATE NORTH YORKSHIRE UNITED KINGDOM UPDATE B. Sergeant provided an update regarding the Borough of Harrogate United Kingdom. Mr. Sergeant commented that the King Edward Choir will be traveling to the Borough of Harrogate from June 29th, 2017 to July 10th, 2017 and during their visit will be playing four concerts. Mr. Sergeant noted R. Warman, J.M. Pigeon, J. Laking and himself will accompany the King Edward Choir to the Borough of Harrogate, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom. The Committee unanimously approved the expenditure of funds from the International Relations Committee account 01-06-0935-0000-3095 for an amount not to exceed $8,000.00 for the costs associated with four representatives to escort the King Edward Choir to the Borough of Harrogate, North Yorkshire United Kingdom from June 29, 2017 to July 10, 2017. B. Sergeant provided an update regarding the Borough of Harrogate United Kingdom.  Mr. Sergeant commented that the King Edward Choir will be traveling to the Borough of Harrogate from June 29th, 2017 to July 10th, 2017 and during their visit will be playing four concerts.  Mr. Sergeant noted R. The Committee unanimously approved the expenditure of funds from the International Relations Committee account 01-06-0935-0000-3095 for an amount not to exceed $8,000.00 for the costs associated with four representatives to escort the King Edward Choir to the Borough of Harrogate, North Yorkshire United Kingdom from June 29, 2017 to July 10, 2017.

 

The Committee approved the expenditures of funds from the International Relations Committee account 01-06-0935-0000-3091 for an amount not to exceed $300.00 for the purchase of three “16x20” reproductions on canvas of the Sir Robert Barrie painting to be used as presentation gifts  to the Mayor of Zwéibrücken, Germany, Mayor of Harrogate and Sir Thomas Ingilby at Ripley Castle, The Borough of Harrogate during official visits in 2017.
