• Title: 2017 COMMUNITIES IN BLOOM PROJECTS The Committee discussed potential projects to be completed in time for the 2017 Communities in Bloom program. They identified two projects that they would like to investigate; one being a partnership with a local Elementary School to involve students in the Little Bloomers Program and the second, the possibility of the City of Barrie hosting the Ontario Communities in Bloom Symposium in September. The Committee agreed to investigate the projects further and report back to the Committee at a future meeting.
