Title: PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENTS AND DRAFT PLAN OF SUBDIVISIONS - SUBMITTED BY WATERSAND CONSTRUCTION LTD. - ANNEXED LANDS Mr. Alan McNair provided background information concerning two applications that are proposing Zoning By-law Amendments and Draft Plan of Subdivisions for the Annexed Lands. Mr. McNair noted that these are potentially the first applications to move forward in the Annexed Lands. Ms. Stacey Forfar, Manager of Growth Planning discussed the background and status of the applications. She noted that the applications are in the early stages of the process. Ms. Forfar advised that the recommendations will be going to General Committee in the near future. Ms. Forfar discussed the steps associated with processing applications submitted for Zoning By-law Amendments and Draft Plans of Subdivisions. Members of the Committee asked several questions to City staff and received responses.
