Title: MOVING FORWARD - AGE-FRIENDLY COMMUNITY PLAN C. Dillon, Accessibility Co-ordinator discussed the steps moving forward for the Age-Friendly Community Plan ("Plan"). Ms. Dillon advised that the Seniors Advisory Committee will be monitoring the Plan, and will be updated by City staff once the tasks outlined in the Plan are completed. H. Stone, provided information concerning a program that is related to a provision in the Age-Friendly Community Plan associated with continually monitoring developments in technology applicable to seniors. Ms. Stone advised that the program is called Cyber Seniors. She noted that this program connects students with seniors who reside in retirement homes to teach them how to use IPads. The Committee discussed inviting representatives from the Cyber Seniors organization to a future meeting to provide a presentation concerning their program.
