Sachkiw advised that the dates of travel for an adult delegation from the City of Barrie to travel to Murayama, Japan have been confirmed for October 29, 2017 to November 7, 2017. D. Morrison, Chair commented that Councillor B. Ward will be traveling to Murayama, Japan as part of the delegation to be the official representative of the City of Barrie. Mr. Morrison indicated that he will provide an update at the next meeting concerning the expenditures.
