That motion 17-G-142 of Section “E” of the General Committee Report dated May 29, 2017 concerning the Application for a Zoning By-law Amendment - Watersand Construction Limited - 45 McKay Road West be amended by deleting paragraph 2 and replacing it with the following:

 

“2.                     That Zoning By-law 2009-141 be amended as identified in Appendix “A” to the memorandum from S. Forfar, Manager of Growth Planning, dated June 5, 2017 regarding the Zoning By-law Amendment: 45 McKay Road West.”
