Title: SENIORS HOUSING Celeste Kitsemetry, Policy Planner provided a presentation concerning an update on proposed developments and seniors housing in the City. Ms. Kitsemetry discussed slides concerning the following topics: * The proposed developments to be targeted for seniors, including assisted living; * The proposed developments with a mix of unit types and access to commercial and transit; * An update on Affordable Housing; and * The Official Plan and Urban Design Guidelines. Members of the Committee asked a number of questions to City staff and received responses.
