Mr. Orti reviewed the heritage attributes of 50 Burton Avenue including: the steep pitched roof, original windows and front door, stained glass windows, coal burning fireplace and original hardwood floors. The Committee asked questions regarding the information provided and received responses from the property owners. The Committee recommended adding 50 Burton Avenue to the Heritage Register. * 8 ESSA ROAD A representative for the property owner of 8 Essa Road was present to provide information and answer questions regarding this property. F. Orti, the joint property owner of 50 Burton Avenue, provided a brief historical overview of the residential property.  Mr. Orti reviewed the heritage attributes of 50 Burton Avenue including:  the steep pitched roof, original windows and front door, stained glass windows, coal burning fireplace and original hardwood floors.

A representative for the property owner of 8 Essa Road was present to provide information and answer questions regarding this property.

 

The Committee will consider a formal recommendation to add 8 Essa Road to the Heritage Register at a future meeting upon receipt of written confirmation from the property owner.

The Committee deferred these items to a future meeting as the property owners were not present.
