Title: THE BOROUGH OF HARROGATE, NORTH YORKSHIRE UNITED KINGDOM UPDATE B. Sergeant provided an update regarding the Borough of Harrogate, North Yorkshire United Kingdom. He advised that the St. John Fisher Music Tour Band from the Borough of Harrogate, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom will be visiting the City of Barrie on July 12, 2019 and during their visit there are plans for the Band to play a concert. Mr. Sergeant noted that the itinerary for the Band still needs to be finalized and that expenses will be discussed at a future meeting. Mr. Sergeant commented that there may be the potential for a rugby team exchange between Harrogate and Barrie.
