The Committee met and discussed the following senior events:
L. Ricard noted that the CNIB “Night Steps” event will be taking place on Thursday September 15, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. located at the Southshore Community Centre.
G. Sels advised the following events to be taking place:
· The Strawberry Social to be held on Wednesday September 13, 2016 at 5:00 p.m., located at the Parkview Community Centre;
· The Annual Fall Makers Market to be held on Saturday September 24, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. located at the Parkview Community Centre;
· The Allandale Annual Open House to be held on Wednesday September 28, 2016 from 9:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. located at the Allandale Recreation Centre;
· The Quest for Zest event to be held on Saturday October 1, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. located at the Allandale Recreation Centre; and
· The Fabulous 50’s Dance to be held on Wednesday October 19, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. located at the Southshore Centre.
