Ms. Brislin noted that the information on the title search for the property known municipally as 7 Wood Street dates back to 1963. She reviewed the legal description for the property and the ownership history at 7 Wood Street.
D. Exel reviewed historical information that she had gathered from the Land Registry Office concerning ownership of the residence at 7 Wood Street.
The Committee discussed its next steps regarding a Barrie resident’s request for heritage protection at 7 Wood Street.
