Mr. Duhamel discussed slides concerning the following topics: · Highlights of the budget request including the Library’s strengths and strategic directions; · The value of the library services provided, the successes of the Barrie Pubic Library and the challenges that are being experienced; · A graph illustrating the circulation per active cardholder in comparison to other Ontario municipalities; and · An overview of the 2017 municipal operating grant request.
