The Committee met and discussed the advertisement format and schedule for the 2019 Order of the Spirit Catcher Awards. Members of the Committee discussed different advertising tools including social media, radio, newspaper articles, local service clubs and organizations as methods to engage the School Boards and community. A September 20, 2019 deadline for nominations was established.
It was requested an announcement be made during an upcoming Council meeting, requesting Members of Council reach out to his/her contacts and constituents, informing them the nominations are open.
The meeting to review the submissions was set for October 2, 2019 with the time to be determined. | Received | |
