T. McArthur, Acting Deputy City Clerk clarified the reporting procedures associated to a subcommittee that was formed by an Advisory Committee.
Ms. McArthur reiterated the Committee appointing Alan McNair as the representative for the Southshore Naturalization Subcommittee and that he will report back to the Active Transportation and Sustainability Committee (ATSC) on the Subcommittee’s actions. She advised that the applicable staff will be available during the ATSC meetings for information and comments on the items noted on the Agenda.
The Committee agreed to a special meeting of the ATSC to be held on December 17, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. to discuss items associated to the Southshore Naturalization. | Received | |
