The Committee discussed the possibility of changing the date of future Heritage Barrie award ceremonies to coincide with Heritage Week that takes place annually during the month of February. C. Froese, Vice-Chair advised that the 2020 Heritage Week is scheduled for February 17 to 23, 2020. He noted that he is currently working on the presentation material and will provide an update at the next meeting. Wierzba, Planner provided an update regarding the status of potential listings to Municipal Heritage Registrar. Mr. Wierzba provided the Committee with an updated list of the Municipal Heritage Registrar. The Committee decided to focus on the institutional buildings listed on the Registrar.
