That Vespra Street between Sanford Street and Innisfil Street remain established as a highway and not be closed for the purpose of enlarging the adjacent properties owned by The Corporation of the City of Barrie (the "City") previously declared surplus by motion 19-G-115 (the "Surplus Properties") shown on Appendix "A" to Staff Report LGL006-20. 2. That upon completion of the remaining environmental studies, staff in the Legal Services Department retain the services of a Real Estate Brokerage (the "Brokerage"), to market the Surplus Properties by listing them for sale on the Multiple Listing Service (the "MLS") for a minimum 30 day period prior to receiving offers. 3.
