Hill, Planner for the City of Barrie provided the Committee with an overview of the Georgian Meadows Student Housing Project located at 254 Penetanguishene Road. He commented that the development will accommodate 376 students once it is completed. He provided drawings of the project showing various elevations and details of the project. He noted that the development would be comprised of six buildings containing ninety-four units of stacked town houses.
