AMENDMENT #1

1.                     That Bill #057 be amended by replacing Schedule “A” with a revised Schedule “A” as amended to reflect the zoning of the lands municipally known as 339, 349, 359 and 360 Huronia Road as “Light Industrial”.

 

2.                     That in accordance with Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, no further notice be given, as the change(s) is/are considered minor.

1.                     That paragraph 2 of Bill #057 concerning the amendment to the Industrial Section of the Zoning By-law, be amended by deleting the definition of Medical Marihuana Production Facility and replacing it with the following:

 

“Medical Marihuana Production Facility

 

means a wholly enclosed building, structure or part thereof, used to possess, produce, sell, provide, ship, deliver, transport or destroy marihuana or cannabis by a Licensed Producer authorized by Health Canada according to the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations SOR/2013-119 or any successor thereto, through a Licence issued by the City of Barrie, as required.”

 

2.                     That in accordance with Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, no further notice be given, as the change(s) is/are considered minor.

1.                     That the new provision for Accessory Retail Uses in Section 7.2.2 and identified in paragraph 9 of Bill #057 concerning the amendment to the Industrial Section of the Zoning By-law, be amended by deleting the number “15%” and replacing it with the number “25%”.

 

2.                     That in accordance with Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, no further notice be given, as the change(s) is considered minor.

AMENDMENT #4

1.                     That the new Table 7.2 Permitted Uses identified in paragraph 8 of Bill #057 concerning the amendment to the Industrial Section of the Zoning By-law, be amended to add “Building Supply Centre” as a permitted use in the Highway Industrial (HI) zone, subject to all other provisions of the HI zone and be restricted to a multi-tenanted building, to a maximum of 25% of the gross floor area of the total gross floor area of the building, to a maximum of 1000m2, and that the provisions of Section 7.2.2 “Accessory Retail Uses” shall not apply.

 

2.                     That in accordance with Section 34(17) of the Planning Act, no further notice be given, as the change(s) is considered minor.
