In accordance with Section 5(1) of the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act, RSO 1990, Councillor, A. Khan declared a potential pecuniary interest concerning motions 14-G-065 and 14-G-067 of the General Committee Report dated March 17, 2014 which were considered in his absence. He explained that he owns property in the vicinity of the subject lands associated with motion 14-G-065 concerning the Allandale Train Station - Strategic Advice for Leasing the Station Buildings and a Transit Mobility Hub Update and that a family member is the owner of the subject property associated with motion 14-G-067 concerning the Applications to Permit an Official Plan Amendment and a Change in Zoning from Institutional Education (I-E) to Residential Multiple (RM2) at 461 Mapleton Avenue.
