INTERGENERATIONAL PROGRAM
Chair, Councillor N. Nigussie, presented ideas for a potential intergenerational program that pairs senior and youth citizens to foster community ties and prevent social isolation.
The Committee asked questions and received responses.
The Committee agreed to conduct further research, including looking at similar, existing programs and will discuss the matter further at a future meeting.
