Title: MULTI-MODAL ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN UPDATE Councillor, K. Alywin provided an overview of the Multi-Modal Active Transportation Master Plan presented to the City Building Committee on March 5, 2019. Councillor Alywin summarized the areas of the Master Plan that he had concerns with such as a longer implementation time of the modal split from 2031 to 2041, the possible conversion of higher traffic volume roads being converted back to four lanes with the removal of the bicycle lanes and the proposed improvements to the Highway 400 Crossings. Members of the Committee asked questions to City staff and received responses.
