Title: PROCLAMATION REGARDING ONTARIO HERITAGE WEEK The Committee met and discussed the draft Proclamation request regarding Ontario Heritage Week. C. Tribble noted that Ontario Heritage Week takes place February 15 to February 21, 2016. He noted that this year's theme is the history of medical science and innovation in Ontario. Councillor Ward suggested including reference in the Proclamation to Dr. William Osler and Dr. William Gallie who were instrumental in the development of training programs for doctors and have a connection to the Barrie community.
