Title: APPLICATION FOR A PROPOSED PLAN OF SUBDIVISION - SEAN MASON HOMES (ESSA ROAD) INC., 369 AND 379 ESSA ROAD (WARD 6) Mr. Greg Barker of Innovative Planning Solutions on behalf of Sean Mason Homes advised the purpose of the public meeting was to review an application for approval of a Plan of Subdivision for land located at 369 and 379 Essa Road. He discussed the context of the application indicating that the property is also the subject of a rezoning application. Mr. Barker reviewed the site details as well as the surrounding land uses. He provided maps illustrating the current Official Plan designation and zoning for the lands as well as the subdivision that was presented at General Committee on May 5, 201, noting minor revisions to the applications have been made since that meeting. Mr. Greg Barker of Innovative Planning Solutions on behalf of Sean Mason Homes advised the purpose of the public meeting was to review an application for approval of a Plan of Subdivision for land located at 369 and 379 Essa Road.  He discussed the context of the application indicating that the property is also the subject of a rezoning application.  Mr. Barker reviewed the site details as well as the surrounding land uses.  He provided maps illustrating the current Official Plan designation and zoning for the lands as well as the subdivision that was presented at General Committee on May 5, 201, noting minor revisions to the applications have been made since that meeting.  He stated that a by-law from 1956 passed by the Town of Innisfil deemed the subject lands not to be part of a plan of subdivision and in order to proceed with the application the owner is required to complete an application for a plan of subdivision.    In conclusion, Mr. Barker advised of the next steps with respect to the application and noted that in his professional planning opinion, the proposed plan of subdivision is consistent with both provincial and municipal planning policies.
