Title: PRESENTATION REGARDING A BARRIE CHILDREN'S MUSEUM. Ms. Susan McNerney owner and operator of Smart Moves Play Place and Mr. Jeremy Rhodes, Executive Director of the Elephant Thoughts Educational Outreach provided a presentation regarding a proposal for a Barrie Children's Museum. Ms. McNerney and Mr. Rhodes discussed slides concerning the following topics: * The operations of Smart Moves Play Place; * The Elephant Thoughts Educational Outreach Children's charity including its mandate, outreach effort, programming, exhibits and award; * A proposed location in Downtown Barrie for a Children's Museum; and * Images of the proposed interactive themed rooms, exhibits and amenities associated with the Barrie Children's Museum concept. In closing, Ms. McNerney and Mr. Rhodes requested City Council's consideration of a partnership in the development of a Barrie's Children's Museum. Members of Council asked a number of questions of the presenters and received responses.

Ms. McNerney and Mr. Rhodes discussed slides concerning the following topics:
