Title: SWEARING IN OF NEW STUDENT MAYORS Wendy Cooke, Deputy City Clerk called upon Matthew Merrifield of St. Joseph's High School to be sworn into office as Student Mayor. After being sworn into office, Matthew assumed his seat onto the dias next to Mayor Lehman. Dawn McAlpine, City Clerk introduced the members of City Council to Matthew. She noted that the members of City staff and representatives of the community's media were also in attendance.
