PURCHASE DIESEL GENERATOR

That notwithstanding Procurement By-law 2024-275 as amended, staff be authorized to purchase the rental diesel generator currently in use at the low lift pumping station at the Surface Water Treatment Plant, to provide strategic flexibility for emergency preparedness following completion of the at cost of $960,000 to be funded from Surface Water Treatment Minor Capital Account 1207-560200.
