Title: 197 CHURCHLAND DRIVE Prior to commencement, Sandra Doyle, Municipal Prosecutor had a preliminary resolution discussion with Roy Paunovich and Carolyn Paunovich concerning Property Standards Order PSC25-01761 relating to the property municipally known as 196 Churchland Drive. Ms. Doyle, Municipal Prosecutor identified herself to the Chair and explained she was acting on behalf of the Property Standards Officer for the City of Barrie. Roy Paunovich and Carolyn Paunovich identified themselves as the owners of property 197 Churchland Drive. Ms. Doyle advised the Committee that both parties spoke and advised that the work is completed as listed in the Property Standards Order PSC25-01761 and that they are now in compliance with the Order. Prior to commencement, Sandra Doyle, Municipal Prosecutor had a preliminary resolution discussion with Roy Paunovich and Carolyn Paunovich concerning Property Standards Order PSC25-01761 relating to the property municipally known as 196 Churchland Drive.

 

Ms. Doyle, Municipal Prosecutor identified herself to the Chair and explained she was acting on behalf of the Property Standards Officer for the City of Barrie.

 

Roy Paunovich and Carolyn Paunovich identified themselves as the owners of property 197 Churchland Drive.

 

Ms. Doyle advised the Committee that both parties spoke and advised that the work is completed as listed in the Property Standards Order PSC25-01761 and that they are now in compliance with the Order.

 

Stephen Kinsella, Chair of the Property Standards Committee, advised the Committee that based on the information provided by the Municipal Prosecutor, the deficiencies outlined in Property Standards Order PSC25-01761 had been rectified, and the Order is now in compliance and that the appeal hearing is no longer necessary.
