Title: PRESENTATION TO THE CITY OF BARRIE BY REPRESENTATIVES OF THE GEORGIAN BAY VOLUNTEER SEARCH AND RESCUE REGARDING THE USE OF CITY LAND (LACKIE'S BUSH) FOR SEARCH AND RESCUE TRAINING PURPOSES Mr. Shawn Gibson of Georgian Bay Volunteer Search and Rescue presented a plaque to Mayor Lehman in appreciation for the City of Barrie allowing the Search and Rescue Team to use Lackie's Bush for training. He stated that he looks forward to continuing this partnership in the future. Mr. Gibson noted that Georgian Bay Volunteer Search and Rescue is a not-for-profit organization that provides training and rescue assistance and use of equipment and trained personnel to support the Barrie Police Service. Mayor, J. Lehman thanked the members of Georgian Bay Volunteer Search and Rescue for their ongoing dedication and service to the City and Barrie Police Service.
