The Committee discussed the current overflow on-street parking issues in Ward 1, from rental houses and second suites in single-family homes, as well as apartment residents preferring on-street parking over apartment parking, and buildings with multiple units having limited visitor parking spots. Members of the Committee discussed Ms. Dellio's recommendations and agreed to consider her recommendations when making final recommendations to City Council.
