Title: CULTURE PLAN UPDATE Amanda Dyke, Cultural Development Officer provided a presentation regarding the City's 2025-2035 Culture Plan Update. Ms. Dyke discussed the following: * The 65 recommendations identified in the Update and how they align with the Plan's six main priorities; * Increasing resource capacity within the Small Business Centre; * The development of an In-Kind Tourism and Culture and Event Grant Program; and * A review of the Arts and Culture Investment Program to begin in 2026/2027. Members of Committee asked questions and provided feedback. Members of Committee discussed altering the committee's composition to include a member of the Indigenous community as part of Priority #5 within the Culture Plan. The matter will be discussed further at the January 2026 meeting.
