Title: YOUTH AMBASSADORS UPDATE The Committee met and discussed the status of the Youth Ambassador visit as follows: Zweìbrücken, Germany D. Morrison commented that a youth delegation from the City of Barrie, through the Global Perspectives Program, in partnership with the Simcoe County District School Board will be traveling to Zweìbrücken, Germany from May 26, 2012 to June 26, 2012. D. Morrison reported that the selection of youths for the 2013 Global Perspectives Program has taken place. Murayama, Japan D. Morrison noted that there will be a youth delegation from the City of Barrie traveling to Murayama, Japan from August 16, 2012 to August 30, 2012. He indicated that C. Nelson and K. Jacquemain are organizing the youth delegation. Taizhou, China D. Morrison stated that there was no update to provide at this time.
