Title: 2017 IRC BUDGET PLANNING The Committee met and discussed the anticipated expenditures for the 2017 International Relations Committee Budget. D. Morrison, Chair asked each of the sub-committee representatives to provide an update about upcoming expenditures anticipated for 2017. The Committee approved the expenditure of funds from the 2016 International Relations Committee account 01-06-0935-0000-3091 to be paid to Janice Laking in the amount of $327.14 for the purchase of gifts to be used for future exchange purposes. The Committee approved the expenditure of funds from the 2016 International Relations account 01-06-0935-000-3091 for an amount not to exceed $2,000.00 for the costs associated with the purchase of gifts to be used for future exchange purposes.
