Title: COMMUNICATIONS DISCUSSION - YOUTH SURVEY AND QR CODE Cheri Harris, Associate Director of Communications and Customer Services sought feedback from the Committee on how they receive information on youth programming and events. Ms. Harris explained the role of the Communications Department and the City's social media platforms. The Committee members suggested advertising events through the schools and using various social media platforms, and QR codes. The Committee discussed National Youth Week which is May 1, 2025 to May 7, 2025, and planning an event during that week. Further discussion will take place at the next meeting. The Committee discussed preparing a youth survey for the community and tied to National Youth Week. Further discussion will take place at the next meeting concerning survey questions.
