Title: SENIORS ADVISORY COMMITTEE - COMMUNICATIONS Scott Lamantia, Senior Communications Advisory discussed the Committee's inquiry about holding a Town Hall, the difficulties of a hybrid Town Hall at locations like the Meridian Place, and suggested City run locations for the City's Communications Department to record and live stream onto the City's YouTube channel. Mr. Lamantia indicated that the Communications Department would be happy to assist in promoting the Town Hall meetings through City resources to encourage people to attend and learn more about the Committee. He advised that the first step is to pick a date, time, and location. The Committee discussed having Town Halls in June and October to align with Seniors Month in June and National Seniors Day in October. The Committee and Mr. Lamantia discussed putting together a survey consisting of approximately 10 to 15 questions to get feedback, as well as promoting the Town Hall.
