Title: THE WATERFRONT RESIDENT PASS Mr. D. Friary, Director of Roads, Parks and Fleet provided a presentation regarding the Waterfront Resident Parking Pass. Mr. Friary provided a brief overview on the status of the pilot waterfront parking pass project implemented in 2014 and discussed the challenges associated with distribution of the parking passes. He noted that the 2014/2015 parking passes will soon expire and requested direction on the following items for 2016: * The method of distribution; * The quantity of passes per household; * The potential to charge a fee for passes; * The potential to charge a fee for replacement passes; * The potential to charge a fee for the non-resident parking pass; and * The term associated with the parking pass Members of the Committee asked a number of questions related to the presentation and received responses from City staff.
