Title: PARKING ON COLLIER STREET Moved by: Councillor, L. Strachan Seconded by: Councillor, D. Shipley 1. That By-law 2013-031, Schedule “J” , Section 5 - Parking Fees, Monthly Permits be amended by deleting the following: “Column 1: Collier Street Column 2: Poyntz Street to Berczy Street, $60.00 per month” And adding the following: “Column 1: Collier Street Column 2: North side from Poyntz Street to Berczy Street, $60.00 per month” 2. That By-law 80-138, Schedule “C” - Restricted Parking Between the Hours as Specified Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday for a Limited Time During Stated Hours Except on Statutory Holidays be amended by adding the following: “Column 1: Collier Street Column 2: South side from Poyntz Street to Berczy Street, Two (2) hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday except Statutory Holidays.” CARRIED
