Title: PARTICIPANT ENGAGEMENT Mona Boyd, Horticulture Foreperson provided an update concerning participant registrations for the 2024 Communities in Bloom Program. Ms. Boyd indicated that registration closed on June 28, 2024. If Committee members have additional residents who have not registered and wish to participate to complete the hard copy registration form and send to herself. Ms. Boyd will provide staff in Legislative and Court Services Department with copies of registration forms for the Committee members.
