Title: DEPUTATION BY VINCENT TRAN OF TRAN GROUP - MOTION 23-G-184 ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT - 667, 669, 673 AND 675 YONGE STREET (WARD 9) Vincent Tran of Tran Group provided a Deputation concerning motion 23-G-184, Zoning By-law Amendment application for the lands known municipally as 667, 669, 673 and 675 Yonge Street. Mr. Tran expressed his father's goal to contribute to Canada's development as it has always offered refuge to his family. He provided a brief background on the family-run development company as contractors and builders that are excited to start a new place and develop in the City. Mr. Tran discussed the original project that included townhomes, and through the process, the project will be building a condominium to help with the housing market. Mr. Tran commented that his family resides in the neighourhood where the development is located and that they are very involved in the community and excited to see it grow. DEPUTATION BY VINCENT TRAN OF TRAN GROUP - MOTION 23-G-184 ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT - 667, 669, 673 AND 675 YONGE STREET (WARD 9)

 

Vincent Tran of Tran Group provided a Deputation concerning motion 23-G-184, Zoning By-law Amendment application for the lands known municipally as 667, 669, 673 and 675 Yonge Street.

 

Mr. Tran expressed his father’s goal to contribute to Canada’s development as it has always offered refuge to his family. He provided a brief background on the family-run development company as contractors and builders that are excited to start a new place and develop in the City. Mr. Tran discussed the original project that included townhomes, and through the process, the project will be building a condominium to help with the housing market.

 

Mr. Tran commented that his family resides in the neighourhood where the development is located and that they are very involved in the community and excited to see it grow.

 

Mr. Tran acknowledged Councillor Morales, Development Services staff, and members of Council for their efforts in educating them on the process. He expressed appreciation for the opportunity to work with like-minded individuals who are proactive in helping the housing market and working together to hit affordable housing target markets.
