Title: PROPERTY CONVEYANCE ASSOCIATED WITH WATERCOURSE RELOCATION ON DYMENT’S CREEK SOUTH OF DUNLOP STREET WEST AND WEST OF FERNDALE DRIVE (WARD 6) 1. That the conveyances of property for nominal consideration to the City from the property owner of 487 Dunlop Street West and associated properties, including a transfer of land and potentially a registration of an easement or restrictive covenant in accordance with Appendix “A” of Staff Report ENG011-12 associated with the watercourse relocation on Dyment’s Creek south of Dunlop Street West and west of Ferndale Drive, be approved. 2.
