In accordance with Section 5(1) of the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act, RSO 1990, Councillor Jackson declared a potential pecuniary interest concerning motion 12-G-114 Section "A" of the General Committee Report dated May 7, 2012 which was considered by City Council on May 14, 2012 in his absence. He explained that he is a principal of a firm acting as a subcontractor for the developer (Pratt Development, 998817 Ontario Inc. and 433513 Ontario Inc. - 40 Ferndale Drive South) which was the subject of the Public Meeting regarding a proposed Official Plan Amendment, Amendment to the Zoning By-law and Draft Plan of Subdivision)
