DEPUTATION CONCERNING MOTION 24-G-244, ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT APPLICATION - 19 DUNDONALD STREET (WARD 2), BY THE FOLLOWING:
1. Charles Beihn spoke in support of the Zoning By-law Amendment Application for 19 Dundonald Street being denied. He discussed his concerns noting that he felt there was too much density for the size of property, traffic and pedestrian safety.
2. Michael Larkin, Larkin Planning Group spoke in support of the Zoning By-law Amendment Application for 19 Dundonald Street, being denied. He discussed the previous applications for the subject property and his concerns related to density, size and landscape of the property.
