Title: SWEARING IN OF NEW STUDENT MAYOR Tracy MacDonald, Deputy City Clerk called upon Giovanni E. Saldana-Carrera representing St. Marguerite D'Youville Catholic Elementary School to be sworn into office as Student Mayor. After being sworn into office, Giovanni assumed his seat next to Mayor Nuttall. Mayor Nuttall congratulated Giovanni on his appointment as Student Mayor and welcomed him to City Council. Members of Council introduced themselves to Giovanni.
