Title: Carey deGorter, Deputy City Clerk, called upon Catherine Brown of Ferndale Woods Public School to be sworn into office as Student Mayor. After being sworn into office, Catherine assumed her seat on the dais beside Mayor Lehman. Dawn McAlpine, City Clerk, introduced the members of City Council and City staff to Catherine. She noted that representatives of the community’s media were also in attendance.
