Title: FROZEN WATER SERVICES REMEDIATION J. Thompson, Director of Environmental Services provided an update regarding Frozen Water Services Remediation. Mr. Thompson indicated that funding has been included in the 2016 Business Plan to address additional frozen water services in 2016. R. Forward, General Manager of Infrastructure and Growth Management noted that the program does not extend to remediation of industrial, commercial and institutional properties. Mr. Thompson indicated that a staff report is being prepared regarding the Frozen Water Remediation program.
